Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend.  Age 80, of St. Paul, passed away surrounded by her loving family on March 30, 2022.  Preceded in death by husband, William; parents, Archie & Antoinette Perteet; & sister, Charlotte Bower.  Survived by children, Joel (Heidi), Dana (Dan), Renee (Scott) McNeil, Antoine “Tony”; grandchildren, Christopher, Jasmine, Habeeballah, Jordan, Ibrahim, Sabri; Goddaughter, Chanell Owens; siblings, Joan Thompson, Gene (Georgia) Perteet, Archela Cobb, Duane (Oneitha) Perteet, Renee Brown, Daryl Perteet, Rickie (Anita) Perteet, Cheryl Perteet, Karon Perteet; Sister Gayle Foreman; and many friends. Antoinette grew up in the historic Rondo neighborhood of St. Paul and was a St. Paul Central graduate. She attended Concordia College and graduated from the University of MN. Her professional life consisted of various roles including recruiting college students for Cray, teaching elementary students in St. Paul/Minneapolis and social work at various community agencies. She was a steward of social justice.  Ann enjoyed family, fishing, friends, the arts and especially her faith. She also enjoyed singing with various senior groups including Urban Partnership. She was loved and will be deeply missed.  Funeral service 10:30 AM Wednesday, April 6 at Faith United Methodist Church, 1530 Oakdale Ave., West St. Paul, MN. Visitation 4-7 PM Tuesday at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd. B and also at church on Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 AM.  Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Antoinette Kennedy Trust c/o the family.
