Age 79 of St. Paul, passed away on November 3, 2021. Preceded in death by wife, Joan; son, Patrick; granddaughter, Faith; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Survived by children, Arthur Jr (Kari), Pam (George), Terri (Reggie); many grandchildren; and special companion, Sharon. Funeral service 11:00 AM Monday, November 8 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale Street at County Road B. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. Visitation from 10 - 11 AM Monday at the funeral home.
