Barbara Jean Watne, age 83, of Roseville, Minnesota, died September 22, 2026. 

She was born November 4, 1942, in Alexandria, Minnesota to Wesley Glen and Lois Laverne Kathleen McFarlane. She graduated from Little Falls (Minnesota) High School in 1961 and Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota in 1965. On June 11, 1966, she was united in marriage to Joel Andrew Watne in Little Falls. Three children were born to them, John, James and Jacqueline.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Curtis Glenn McFarlane. 

She is survived by her husband; and her children, John and wife Sara of Richfield (grandsons Paul and Michael), James and wife Valerie Carlson of Marlton, NJ, (granddaughters Lily and Lucia) and Jacqueline and husband Matthew Rolf of Otsego.
