Philip Kaala "Billy" Brendale, age 62, passed away on January 27, 2023.​Preceded in death by mother, Claudine Brauer; father, Philip; brother, Jimmy; sister, Robin Feiner; granddaughter, Christiana Sandstrom; and girlfriend, Vicky.​Survived by son, William Petschen; daughters, Shayna Sandstrom and Shanna Petschen; grandchildren, Agnes, Aedan, Karstan, Faustina and Michael; brother, Mark; sister-in-law, Donna Wirth; brother-in-law, Jay Feiner; nieces, Jamie, Jenny, Samantha, Alexandra, and Larisa; nephews, Mark, Michael, Tommy, Jeremy, and Tyler; many great nieces and nephews.​Visitation 4-6 PM Wednesday, February 8 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home - Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. at County Rd B.​In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
