Carol J. Wallraff

Carol Jean Wallraff, age 75, of Forest Lake, Minnesota, passed away on October 23, 2026, surrounded by her family, leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, beautiful memories, and a family who will forever carry her in their hearts.

Carol was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, and a truly unforgettable woman. She shared 53 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Stephen Wallraff, building a life together filled with love, family, and countless cherished memories.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Virginia Meier, and her brothers, Dennis Meier and Gary Meier and many other loved family members.

Carol is survived by her loving husband, Stephen Wallraff; her son, Troy Wallraff and his wife, Megan; her daughter, Amy Anderson and her husband, Jesse; and her four cherished granddaughters, Abigail and Sophia Wallraff and Avery and Ella Anderson.

Above all else, Carol loved her family. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother to her four beloved granddaughters. They held an incredibly special place in her heart.

To know Carol was to love her. She had contagious positivity and personality that made everyone better around her.

Always beautifully put together, Carol carried herself with grace, confidence, and warmth. No matter the occasion, she was always there with a smile.

While we would give anything for one more hug, one more laugh, or one more moment together, we will forever be grateful that we were lucky enough to call her our wife, mom, grandma, and friend.

The world feels a little less bright without Carol in it, but heaven has gained a beautiful person that will light up the sky.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts.

A funeral service for Carol will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 30 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home - Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. at County Road B. Visitation will precede the service from 1-2 PM Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery.

Following the burial, family and friends are invited to gather, share stories, and to honor and celebrate Carol’s life starting at 4:00 PM at The Hugo American Legion - Post 620, 5383 140th St. Hugo, MN 55038.

In lieu of cash donations, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Carol’s memory to the American Cancer Society.
