Age 54, of Lino Lakes, passed away on November 11, 2020. Preceded in death by father, James Livingston. Survived by loving husband of 29 years & 9 days, Douglas Gerard Rutz; mother, Betty Livingston; brother, Jim (Leanne) Livingston; sister, Kathie Livingston; nephews, Tyler, Troy & Johnny; aunt, Gert (Chuck) Kadrie; cousins; and many caring friends. Charleen loved life and helping others. She had a wonderful sense of humor and always had a smile on her face. There will be a celebration of Charleen’s life at a later date for all to attend.
