Age 74.
Preceded in death by his parents, Charles B. and Doris (Branes) Knudsen; his brother, David; and his dear friend and partner, Marguerite “Mag” Bierbach.
Survived by his brother, Dan (Mary); and sisters, Bonnie (Ron) Voelker and Lis (Paul) Aasgaard; as well as nieces and nephews.
After his childhood in St. Anthony Park, Chuck served his country proudly in Viet Nam, relocated to Austin TX for a time, and then came back to be with family. He was active in the Vets Club at Lakewood. He loved music and reading fiction. He was always up for a good time with friends.
Memorial service 12 PM Wednesday, July 12 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd B. Visitation from 11 AM -12 PM Wednesday 7/12. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Memorials preferred to St. Croix Hospice.
