Charles Ross Plonty

Age 88, of Roseville.

Born June 29, 1936 in St. Paul; died October 20, 2024 at Episcopal Church Home-The Gardens in St. Paul.

Preceded in death by beloved wife, Dorothy (née Moser); parents, Ross and Winnie Plonty; and sister, Nancy Lindbloom.

Chuck is survived by his niece, Amy (Fernando) Gomez; sister-in-law, Aggie Moser; close friends, Tom Dahlquist, Ron (Deb) Klausing, many friends, and many former students.

Chuck was a graduate of Cretin High School and Mankato State University. He spent his career as a teacher and administrator in the St. Louis Park School District.

Memorial visitation 4:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday, October 29 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home (Roseville), 2130 N. Dale St. at County Rd. B.

Graveside service 10:00 am Wednesday, October 30 at Roselawn Cemetery, 803 W. Larpenteur Ave., Roseville. (Please assemble inside the main entrance to the cemetery)
