Cynthia was impossible to ignore. Her free spirit, kindness and spirituality were inspirational. She taught us all to be kinder and gentler.
In October 2018, Cynthia ("YaYa") was diagnosed with cancer. Randy Rosauer, her loving partner since 2008, softened her 5-year struggle. They persevered with grace, dignity & hope. In January 2023, she and Randy were united in marriage.
Cynthia was an accomplished artist. She graduated from St. Paul School of the Arts and earned a fine arts degree from the U of M. She studied in France, Hawaii, and Minnesota, and her artwork has been in multiple juried shows and galleries. Cynthia was an instructor at Minnetonka Center for the Arts. Her signature artworks are waves and clouds.
Cynthia loved gardening, apparent by her artfully designed gardens at home.
God called Cynthia home July 6, but she will live in our hearts forever. Loved ones that cleared the way are her mother and father, Frances and Edward Kath; brothers-in-law, Gilbert & Dean. Loved ones that will miss her are husband, Randy Rosauer; his children, Jay and Lisa (Nicole) and grandchildren; sisters, Sandy, Kathy, Pam (Pat), Jeannine (David), Kelly (Tom), & Lorena (Scott); nieces, nephews, friends & family.
