Preceded in death by father, Harold; and brother, Tim.
Survived by mother, Loretta; daughters, Amy (Scott) McDonough, Suzanne (Jordan) Voerding and Jaclyn (Jason) Slomkowski; 6 grandchildren; siblings, Diane, Tom and Shelly; nieces, nephews, Claire and the Young family.
Proud 1970 graduate of Frank B. Kellogg High School.
Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Thursday, October 20 at ST. ODILIA CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3495 N. Victoria St., Shoreview. Visitation at the church from 10-11 AM Thursday. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
