Age 77 of St. Paul, passed away suddenly on December 1st of heart failure.
David is preceded in death by parents, Harvey and Dorothy (née Soderquist); stepfather, Andrew Nelson; and stepson, Dan Reed.
Surviving him are his loving wife, Maureen; children, Krista, Randy, Stacy, and Nathan; stepson, Bryan Reed; 6 grandchildren; and former spouse, Jean; siblings, Larry (Edy), Anne, and Linea (Tony) Bittner, mother-in-law, LaVerne Anderberg; sisters-in-law, Michele (Tom) Waltman, Melinda Tapp, Margo (Mike) Krumrie; also many nieces, nephews, and relatives.
David enlisted in the Marine Corps and proudly served his country during Tet Offensive in Vietnam. He was a machinist for over 45 years, and had a great passion for bowling. A member of the American Legion and 40/8 Voiture, he was committed to assisting all veterans.

A memorial visitation will be held from 2-5 PM Saturday, December 9 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale Street (at County Road B).
Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
