Survived by parents, David and Diane; sisters, Kathy (John) Gervais and Tracy Miller; nieces and nephews, Lindsey, Lauren, Justin, Sean, and Chad; also many other relatives and friends.
Employee of Regions Hospital and graduate of Central High School.
Memorial service 11:00 AM Friday, May 11 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME - ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Road B. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home from 9-11 AM Friday.
