Deanna Lynn Dibble West

Deanna Lynn Dibble West, of Robbinsdale, passed away unexpectedly on May 22, 2025, at the age of 51. Fondly known as “Soup” by her family, she was born on January 12, 1974, in Rome, Italy. Incredibly kindhearted, generous, and loving, Deanna made friends (with people and dogs) everywhere she went. She devoted her life in service to others, most recently serving her beloved residents as a nurse at Jones Harrison Senior Living. Passionate about fairness and justice, she worked hard to make the world a better place.

Deanna was a graduate of Eagan High School, Class of 1992. She married the love of her life, Hans West, on September 8, 2012. Her proudest accomplishment was receiving her Licensed Practical Nursing degree on December 19, 2019.

Deanna was preceded in death by her parents, Kathleen Petit and Thomas Dibble. She leaves behind her loving husband, Hans; stepmother, Sandy; siblings, Kelly, Scott (Richard Leyva), Carrie (Charles Kobernat), Chris (Bonnie), Ben (Breanna); niece, Samantha; great-niece, Haley; parents-in-law, Suzanne and Dennis; brother-in-law, Chad (Katie); niece and nephew, Nina and Ty; loving aunts and uncles; countless cousins and dear friends.

A celebration of Deanna's life will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, June 10, at Plymouth Congregational Church, 1919 LaSalle Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55403, Door 1, (612) 871-7400. Visitation one hour prior at the church.
