Dennis C. Larson

October 3, 1940 — August 25, 2023

Age 82, of Roseville, passed away on August 25, 2023.

Survived by wife, Evelyn; children, Gwenn, Cary (Karen), Brett (Kim); and grandchildren, Danielle (Mike), Kacey & Jenna.

Born in 1940, he grew up in St Paul, MN listening to the Grand Ole Opry on the radio and racing cars in the streets. He married Evelyn Young in May 1962 and had three children, Gwenn, Cary and Brett. He worked as a parts manager before starting D&E Bottling. The bottling company employed not only his children, but numerous friends and relatives throughout the years.

Despite his many health obstacles over the years, he lived a very full and adventurous life traveling the world from Australia to Tokyo. His favorite destination was Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where he found his happy place under an umbrella with a Pina Colada in hand.

When not traveling abroad, he was traveling to watch his three granddaughters play soccer – rarely missing a game; or cheering for his daughter on in one of her many running races – the last one in Duluth, June 2023. He could also be found in the woods deer hunting or 4-wheeling, or on the lake fishing.
