Dorothy E. Hansen

Dorothy Eleanor Hansen, age 101, passed away peacefully in her home with her son and granddaughter by her side on January 25, 2025.

Dorothy was born in St. Paul, MN and was a wonderful mother, grandmother and dedicated hard worker at Midway Hospital for many years.

Dorothy was known for her Betty Boop collection.

She is survived by her sons, Paul Hansen and Perry (Wendy) Hansen; sister, Helen Ellenbecker; grandchildren, Marianna, Roger, Dana, Kirstin, Alex, Gabrielle, Karl; and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Roger Hansen; son, Bruce Hansen; and siblings, Margaret Wagner, Irene Hillyer, Shirley Tibbitts, Albert (Dode) Schlief and Raymond Schlief. 

A visitation to celebrate Dorothy's life will be held from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday, February 8 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home - Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. at County Rd B.
