Dwaine Orville "Doc" Kast

Age 91, of Circle Pines.​Born April 11, 1930, died peacefully on January 8, 2022.  He is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Alice Kast; his parents, Frank & Elsie Kast; sisters, Elna Baxter, Dorothy Switala, and Beverly Wolters; brothers, Frank Jr. and Fred.  ​Doc is survived by children, Linda Bernin, Sue Kast, Connie (John) Baumann, Mary (Ken) Dunlap, Jim (Denise), and Bob (Audry); grandchildren, Jason, Dan, Angie, Dianna, Jimmy, Nick, Becky, Scott, Pat, Jen, Christina, Kayla, Andy; and 18 great-grandchildren.  Doc lived his life giving to others, even in his final days, and cherished his time with family.  In lieu of gifts, please consider making a donation to a cause that has meaning to you.  Private family service.
