Eleanor S. Staler

Eleanor Sculti Staler, Italian Mama and beloved “Gammy/GiGi”, entered eternal life on July 2, 2025.

Survived by her seven beloved children, Ave Lachiewicz (the late Paul Lachiewicz) of Chapel Hill, NC, Joseph Staler (Joanne Staler) of Nashville, TN, Gregory Staler (Bob Copeland) of Minneapolis, MN, Jayne Thorpe of Denver, CO, Lisa Staler Gallerano of Dallas, TX, Virginia Staler Nash (Jim Nash) of Woodbury, MN, and Kristin Staler Kucholtz (Bryan Kucholtz) of Frisco, TX. Eleanor delighted in her 51 combined precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jayne Thorpe (Ava, Bond, Ella), Anne Lachiewicz (Lucas, Lily), Mark Lachiewicz (Jack, James, Jacob), John Lachiewicz (Hazel, Teddy, Felix), Mary Claire Lachiewicz; Amber Gentry, Jessica Staler, Joseph Staler, Jay Staler; Kathryn Cobb, Kristin Cobb, Will Cobb (Liam, Henry, Theo, Gemma), Ian Cobb; Christopher Gallerano (Ruby, Bodhi), Claire Venard (Charlotte, Max, Violet), Kate Gallerano (Sawyer, Hunter), Annie Gallerano; Sean Nash (TJ), Ryan Nash (Reagan), Lauren Shimonis (Mia); Jennifer Booker (Vivian, Chloe), Kevin Kucholtz, Nick Kucholtz, and Alexa Kucholtz. Also survived by brother, Lee Sculti; sister, Kathleen Sculti; many nieces, nephews, dear friends, and caregivers at St. Therese of Woodbury LTC.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Friday, July 11 at the Church of St. Agnes, 548 Lafond Avenue, St. Paul, MN. Visitation 9:00 – 10:30 AM Friday at the church. Following the luncheon, interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
