George T. Hummel, a beloved husband, father and grandpa, passed away on October 3, 2020 at the age of 81 years, 10 months and 26 days.
Preceded in death by wife, Sharon; parents, William and Katherine (Merrill); sister, Marie Kane; and brothers-in-law, Robert C. Baumer and Richard D. Kane.
Survived by children, Bob (Deb), Dawn (Tim), and Larry (Shelly); grandchildren, Matthew. Amber, Jessica, Andrew, Crystal, Amanda, Christina, Ashley, Lynn, and Emmy; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Adam, Megan, Jazmyne, Nevaeh, Brooklyn, Michael Jr., Jozie and Ellise; brothers, Joe (Jean), Bob “Tub” (Linda); sister Barb (Bob) Baumer; many nieces and nephews and lots of close friends.
A visitation to celebrate George's life will be held on Wednesday, October 14 from 3-6 PM at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale St.@ Co. Rd B. Private Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
