Jacob R. Warner

With deepest sorrow we announce that Jacob “Jake” Warner, age 41, our most beloved son, brother, father, family member and friend passed away in the comfort of his own room, after over a year-long battle with liver bile duct cancer (Cholangiocarcinoma).​Jake leaves behind his 3 beautiful, cherished children, Ethan (8), Emma (5) and Brynley (1). Jake is survived by his father, Bob Warner; mother, Sandy Warner (Randy Koppes); sister, Jackie Anderson (Joe); partner, Kelly Pelava-Sagness; plus nieces Mikayla and Rylie Anderson, and many other family members and friends.​Jake had a kind, loving soul. He loved spending time with his kids and tinkering on his car. He was a huge loyal fan of the Minnesota Vikings. ​In honor of Jake, please wear your favorite Vikings apparel (or purple) to his Memorial Service - 11:00 AM Monday, November 21 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-LINO LAKES, 7050 Lake Drive (Co Hwy 23).
