James Francis McCarthy, of St. Paul, passed away on August 7, 2026.
He is survived by his brother, Dennis (Jan); sister, Barb (John); sister, Chris (Brian); and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Arthur McCarthy and sister, Patty (Ray) Joa.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 - 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home - Roseville, 2130 North Dale Street at County Road B.
Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.
