Janice Elaine Marie Mapes

Age 83, of Fridley, formerly of San Francisco, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on October 17, 2021.  Preceded in death by husband, Wayne; parents, Margaret & Luis Francisco; and siblings, John, Mary & Ann.  Survived by children, Robert Begin, Steven Phillips, Karen (Donnie) West, Tina Kahle (Scott); grandchildren, John, Cristina, Amber, Jeremiah, Sonia, Steven, Teresa, Michele, Melanie, Ricky; many great grandchildren; siblings, Carl, Luis, Eddie, Alma, Marge; and dog, Patty.  Funeral service 10 AM Monday, October 25 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 100 Silver Lake Rd., New Brighton. Visitation at the church from 9-10 AM Monday.  Interment Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault, MN.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The Church of Jesus Christ of LDS.
