Age 92, of Glenwood City, WI (formerly of St. Paul, MN).

Joan was born on October 8, 1933 in Lake George, MN and passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Othmar "Otto" Winter; children, Kevin, Keith, and Daniel; grandchild, Eric; parents, Math and Elizabeth Stalboerger; and siblings, Lucille, Cyril, Bobby, Gennie, Millie, Ray, Betty, and Bernice.

She is survived by her children, Cheryl Wizykoski, Greg (Cathy), and Colleen (John) Theisen; grandchildren, Tony, Samantha, Dan, Leah, Spencer, Rick, Kevin, Jessie, Melissa, Shane, Luke, and Emma; 18 great-grandchildren; sibling, Junior Stalboerger; and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, November 21 at The Church of St. Jerome, 380 E. Roselawn Avenue. Visitation from 10-11 AM at the church. Interment Roselawn Cemetery.
