Jose "Joey" Canto

Age 61, of Little Canada.  Passed away on October 31, 2021.  Survived by loving wife of 34 years, Mary; children, Melanie (Lee) McPherson and Jonathan; grandsons, L.J., Stanley and Eugene; parents, Joseph & Marina; siblings, Marjorie Jackels, Emmanuel (Cheryl), Marie (Jim) Tarum, John (Cathy), Michelle (Aaron) Morehead, Margareth (Dan) Ranheim; many nieces, nephews, other family & friends.  He was an avid golfer, martial artist, and loved the Timberwolves.  Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday, November 10 at the CATHEDRAL OF ST. PAUL, 239 Selby Ave., St. Paul. Visitation from 4-7 PM Tuesday at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale Street at County Road B, and at the church from 10-11 AM Wednesday. Private interment Resurrection Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor’s choice.
