Joseph M. Carino

Joseph Michael Carino, 67, of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, died unexpectedly from complications due to cardiac arrest on November 26, 2022 at United Hospital in St. Paul.

Joseph enlisted in the Army in 1972 and served for 20 years. He retired with an honorable discharge. During his military career, he fought in the Gulf War as a field medic, where he received a "Bronze Star" for his heroic service.

He is survived by his girlfriend of the past 16 years, Susan Walseth; his mother, Betty Wilson of Circle Pines, Minnesota; and his father, Joseph Carino, Sr. of Hudson, Florida.

Joseph is also survived by three daughters: Austin Wessel (Edwin) of Phoenix, Arizona, Taylor Carino of San Luis Obispo, California, and Caitlin Carino of Galesville, Wisconsin; two sons: John Carino (Jezzerae) of Buffalo City, Wisconsin, and Jacob Carino of Galesville, Wisconsin; two granddaughters: Addilyn Carino and Sofia Carino; and brothers, Dave (Patty) and Fred.

Per Joseph's wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no funeral services.
