Preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Karl and Renee Carlson; maternal grandparents, George and Evelyn Manderud.
Survived by parents, John and Judy Carlson; loving partner, Scott Donovan; siblings, Brian (Amy) Carlson, Erik (Nichole), Danny (Shannon) Carlson; nieces and nephews, Isaac, Avery, AJ, Ella, Ada. Julie is also survived by many friends.
Memorial service 11 AM Tuesday, July 25 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home- Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd. B. Visitation on Tuesday from 10 – 11 AM.
