Justin Kenneth Bowen

Age 38, proud Rice Streeter, left us too soon on March 25, 2021.  Preceded in death by grandfather, Kenneth Bowen, Sr.  Survived by children, Maxwell, Maggie & Ellie; parents, Kenneth & Patricia; brother, Josh (Nina); grandmother, Yvonne; nephews, Bentley & Westley; aunts, uncles & many cousins.  Justin was a proud and selfless father. His children were his world and he worked hard to provide for them.  The Silver Fox will live on in Heaven and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.  Visitation 4-7 PM Thursday, April 1 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd. B.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
