Kathleen "Cathy" A. Schlicht

Age 72, of Circle Pines, passed away suddenly on December 12, 2025.

Preceded in death by parents, Edward & Helen Eggerth.

Survived by loving husband of 52 years, David; children, Keri Schlicht (Brad Welch), Tanya (Terry) Hassler, and David Schlicht; grandchildren, Skye (Alec) Royal, Dominic (Laura) Mauricio, Matilyn (Colin) Weldon, Angelica Schlicht, Taylor Schlicht, Kimberly Rosas, Destyni Rosas, Mason Schlicht, Connor Schlicht, and DJ Schlicht; and sister, Char (Greg) Smith.

To know Cathy is to love her. If you would ask her how she is, undoubtedly her answer would be “Just peachy”. She spent her life taking care of adults with disabilities, 20 of those years at Merrick Inc. Married to the love of her life for 52 years. She loved fishing and her slot machines. Most of all she loved her grandchildren and was hoping for great-grandchildren, but she couldn’t convince the newlyweds. She will now be our angel looking over us.

Cathy was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.

Visitation 10:00 - 11:00 am Saturday, December 20 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home (Lino Lakes), 7050 Lake Dr. (County Hwy. 23) followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Merrick, Inc. (3210 Labore Rd., Vadnais Heights, MN 55110).
