Age 77, formerly of St. Paul; passed away peacefully on June 19, 2017.Preceded in death by husband, Howard Condiff, Jr. Survived and loved by children, Dave (Faustine), Dan (Faith), Susan Kay (Steve Ramlow), and Howy; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Kay grew up and resided in the Twin Cities; she lived in Colorado Springs, CO for 12 years.Memorial service 3:00 PM Monday, July 10 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale Street at County Road B. Visitation from 2-3 PM Monday 7/10 at the funeral home.
