Preceded in death by father, Roy; brother, Craig; and niece, Stephanie.
Survived by mother, JoAnn; brothers, Brent and Mark; sisters, Lynne and Lisa; nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 1:00 PM Thursday, January 28 at ROSELAWN CEMETERY CHAPEL, 803 W. Larpenteur Ave., Roseville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
