Preceded in death by parents, Miles and Armella; wife, Bev; brother, Maynard; and grandson, Dan.​Survived by daughters, Wanda Sauer and Janet (Sam) Nelson; grandchildren, Connie Sauer, Brian (Rachel) Sauer, Roxanne Neubauer, Matt Sauer and Jovi Nelson; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchild; siblings, Myron "Mike" (Lorraine) Holcomb, Shirleen (Roger) Jilk, and Michele Hruska; and many nieces and nephews.​Lawrence was a long-time employee at Hoerner Waldorf Paper Company in St. Paul.​Memorial service 11 AM Wednesday, August 18 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME- ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale Street at County Road B. Visitation at the funeral home from 10-11 AM Wednesday. (PLEASE NOTE: Due to road construction, the intersection of Dale & County Road B is closed. The funeral home can only be accessed via Dale St northbound from Larpenteur Ave.) ​In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
