Lucy Conniff

(nee Gargaro) Age 96, of St. Paul.​Died peacefully on February 10, 2022.​Preceded in death by husband, Clair “Bud” Conniff; parents, Salvatore & Anna Marie (Montefusco) Gargaro; and siblings, Mary, Martha Caliguire, Ray, John, Lena Jackson, Jerry, Larry, Nick, Sam, & Tony; cousin & best friend, Josephine DeGidio. Survived by children, Colleen (Pat) Conniff Kelley, Thomas (Candy), Nancy (Rick) Zechmeister, Mark (Kate Grundtner Conniff); sister, Anita (John) Lillie; grandchildren, Andy Zaczkowski, Jeff (Kelly) Zaczkowski, Kate Zaczkowski (Brad), Claire, James (Jackie Borns), Trisha Zechmeister, Tom Zechmeister, Nick, Ben (Kelly), & Natalie; 13 great grandchildren; many nieces & nephews.  Retiree of Blue Cross Blue Shield. Mom loved bowling, dancing and enjoyed cooking for her family.  Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, February 18 at MATERNITY OF MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1414 N. Dale St., St. Paul. Visitation at the church from 10-11 AM Friday. Interment Calvary Cemetery.  Many thanks to the staff at The Commons on Marice and Minnesota Hospice for their care of Mom.  Memorials preferred to the elderly caregiving organization of your choice.
