Survived by father, Raymond Simons; sister, Bethany (Jeremy) Griffnow; and nephew, Max Griffnow.

Visitation 1:00 - 2:00 pm Friday, April 19 at Grace Fellowship, 8601 101st Ave. N., Brooklyn Park followed by a memorial service at 2:00 pm.
