Age 72, of Lakeland.
Above all he was a proud Papa and loved watching his granddaughters' activities.
Preceded in death by parents, Arnold and Marcella Christensen; and siblings, Wayne Christensen, Tim Christensen, and Becky Moore.
Survived by fiancée of 29 years, Charlene "Char" Ertle; step-children, Joshua Ertle and Melinda (Ryan) Johnson; grandchildren, Abby, Livy, and Kenadee; brothers-in-law, Dennis Moore, Ken Halberg, Doug Halberg; sisters-in-law, Brenda Christensen, Renee Richert (Bob); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was employed at International Paper in Arden Hills for 50+ years.
He loved bowling and dirt track racing especially Cedar Lake Speedway. On Sundays Mark would always watch the Minnesota Vikings, along with Nascar.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday, August 20 at St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church, 171 Elm St., Lino Lakes, MN 55014. Interment St. Joseph's Church Cemetery. Visitation 4-7 PM Wednesday 8/19 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Lino Lakes, 7050 Lake Dr., Lino Lakes, MN 55014 and from 10-11 AM Thursday 8/20 at the church.
