Marvin D. Bentz

Age 71 of Maplewood, MN

Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on January 11, 2021

Survived by his high school sweetheart and loving wife of 49 years 5 months, Audrey.  In addition, he also leaves behind his son, Shannon, grandchildren, Sierra and Blake; daughter, Shawn Lannier (John), grandchildren, Nathan and Lucas; daughter, Shaina Bentz (significant other, Joe Milton), grandchildren, Jasmine Watts (very special friend, Raini Nelson) and Jordin Milton. 

Marv was preceded in death by both his parents, his mother and father-in-law, three brothers, one sister and two brothers-in-law.  In addition he leaves behind many other cherished family members. 

Marvin served in the US Army during the Vietnam War from 1969-1971.  He joined the Army Air National Guard, 747 Aviation Battalion, St. Paul, MN in 1974 and retired after 20+ years of service. 

A private family burial will be held at a later date.
