Mary Jean Ellen Ammann

Age 77, of St. Paul.

Received her angel wings on September 5, 2023.

She was born June 26, 1946 to Ann & Richard Nelson.

Survived by her husband, Tom; her children, Christine Cyr (Doug Severance) and John (Angela) Ammann; her grandchildren, Carson, Ava, Noah, Rayna and Christopher; and countless other dear family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister Sharon.

Mary was known for her zest for life and love for travel. She loved to garden, sew and spend time with her grandchildren. Most of all she loved golfing and spending time with Tom in Florida. That is where they could be found caught up in a game of shuffleboard when not on a golf course with their friends. Mary’s family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life and not the sadness of her passing.

A memorial service will take place at 11 AM Monday, September 18 at LUTHERAN CHURCH OF THE REDEEMER, 285 N. Dale St., St. Paul. Visitation from 10-11 AM Monday 9/18.
