Michael W. Maki

Michael “Mike” Maki, age 64, passed away on December 1, 2025 with family by his side. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Maki. 

Survived by wife of 35 years, Cheryl Maki; children, Chad Maki (Mary), Lindsey Maki, Eric Maki (Lindsay), Brandon Maki (Brianna), Jacob Maki; and 6 grandchildren. 

Mike grew up in Virginia, MN, graduated from Roosevelt High School, attended college in Hibbing before moving to White Bear Lake. He worked as a flooring installer and remodeler for over 40 years. He played softball, football and loved to hunt and fish. For many years, summers were spent camping and four wheeling as a family. Sadly, a lung infection took him from us too soon. He will be deeply missed.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2025 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at Wiseguys Pizza, 7095 20th Ave S., Centerville, MN 55038.
