Norma Jean Nadeau (née Schusted)

Preceded in death by her husband Pete (of 72 years); daughter, Jean Marie and son-in-law, Joe Boerner; parents, Arthur and Mabel Schusted; sisters, Delores and Mavis. She is survived her children, Deb (John) Clarke, Bill (Bonnie), John (Cindy), Sue (Ethan) Lang; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Elaine and LaVonne.

Norma graduated from Humboldt High School in 1952, raised five children and was the glue that held family and friends together while working for more than 25 years at American Guidance Service, Circle Pines. Norma enjoyed garage sales, playing Quiddler and Rummikub, shopping for bargains and spending time with her family, and many wonderful gatherings with her sisters and brothers-in-law. She brought a lot of joy to all who knew her. 

The family is especially grateful for the loving care Norma received from her caregivers at PHS Waverly Gardens and HealthPartners Hospice.

Memorial service 3:00 PM Sunday, November 22 at St. Genevieve Parish Community Center, 6995 Centerville Rd., Centerville with visitation from 2-3 PM. Private interment St. Genevieve’s Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Dragonfly Project.
