Pamela Jo Christensen

Age 54, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer on October 20th, 2026 at the U of M Medical Center ICU.

Pam was born on October 9, 1972 in Forest Lake, and grew up in Linwood Township on Martin Lake.

Preceded in death by her father, Ronald Christensen and her beloved kitten, Marty.

She is survived by her sons, Nicholas Christensen and Benjamin Schwartz; mother, Norma Christensen; brother, Scott Christensen; sister, Rebecca (Timothy) Berry; 3 nieces, 1 nephew, and other family and friends.

Pam received her LPN from Minneapolis Community College and most recently worked at Abbott Northwestern Hospital as a nursing assistant. She had a passion for music and caring for people. Pam enjoyed the outdoors – including kayaking, boating, biking, and just being by the lake. She had a sense of humor like no other! She will be missed by many.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
