Paul Schneider

Age 95 of Maplewood, passed away on November 22, 2022 Paul was born on April 27, 1927 in Swanville, MN to the late Thomas and Francis (nee Perlowski).   Preceded in death by his loving wife of 48 years, Arleen; brothers, Dominik and Chester; sisters, Barbara, Genevieve, Gertrude, and Bernadette.   Survived by children, Diane (Mark) Luby, Tom (Nancy), Paulie; grandchildren, Connor and Donovan Luby, Trevor Schneider; six great-grandchildren; brother, Evarist; sister, Yvonne Johnson; many nieces and nephews.   Paul served as an altar boy when he was 9 years old in the town of Flensburg, MN and continued to serve throughout his adult life at St. Jerome’s Catholic Church. He was an employee at Ramsey Engineering for 32 years as a Lead Quality Control Engineer.  Paul was an avid gardener who loved his roses. He was a premier gunsmith. As a well rounded outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing.   Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Friday, December 2 at THE CHURCH OF ST. JEROME, 380 E. Roselawn Ave., Maplewood. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation 9:30 – 10:30 AM Friday at the church.
