Raymond A. Parsons

Survived by his beloved wife, Karen; loving children, Laura, Linda (John) Wing, Steve (Jeanne), and Matt (Niki); and grandchildren, Eric, Kylie, Alyssa, Jordan, and Sarah.

Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and 1957 graduate of North St. Paul High School.

Ray enjoyed a 40 year career as an optician, many of those years with Pearle Vision. In retirement, Ray became a Certified Personal Trainer providing instruction at L.A. Fitness.

He dedicated his life to his family, and was a wonderful husband, father, and proud grandfather. He loved spending time outdoors, working out, playing with his grandkids and the family pets, Vikings football, and talking about the Twins with his special neighbor, Fred LeBlanc.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Animal Humane Society.
