On Saturday, September 3, 2022, Richard Morgan of Roseville, a loving husband, father and brother, passed away at age 81. Born Feb. 4, 1941 in St. Paul, MN to Howard and Bernice (Kath) Morgan. Proudly served in the US Navy from 1961-1965 as Radarman on the USS Providence. Married Christina (Baillie) Morgan on Sept. 2, 1967, raising daughters Nina and Renae in Roseville, MN. An electrician for Northern States Power (Xcel Energy) for over 30 years, he enjoyed spending time with friends and family, sharing stories while having a beer. He was always there to lend a hand to anyone who asked, and didn’t expect anything in return. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Christina; mother, Bernice; and father, Howard. He is survived by his children and their families, Renae and Nathan Grave, and Tristan and Mila; Nina and Alan Walker, and Florence; and Scott and Teresa Halldorson, and Erick; also by his brothers, Howard Morgan and Ronald Morgan. Private interment will be held at Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of a service, Richard suggested raising a glass with loved ones, remembering the good times, and creating new memories.
