Age 43, of St. Paul, passed away following a brief illness on January 6, 2025.
Preceded in death by parents, Linda Roppe & Bob Ballis; stepfather, Larry Roppe; and brother, John Paul Ballis.
Survived by life partner, Ashleigh Towers; son, Dylan Chase Ballis; brother, Herb (Amy) Ballis; nieces, Katelynn & Jennifer Ballis; stepmother, Pam Ballis; stepsiblings, Nicole Hinkle, Jessica Mapel, Russell Helfritz; and aunts, uncles & cousins.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, was a dedicated Detroit Lions fan, and made people smile wherever he went.

A Celebration of Rob's life will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm Saturday, January 18 at MCN6 Studios, 1229 2nd St. NE, Minneapolis, followed by a Detroit Lions watch party. Pizza and beverages will be provided.
