Ronald Mathew Evens

Age 77 of Blaine, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026.

Preceded in death by his wife, Deborah; and parents, Leonard & Virginia (Walsh) Evens.

Survived by children, Tim (Nikki) Evens & Michelle (Erin) Runk; grandchildren, Brandie, Corben, Thomas, and Alice; great-grandson, Elijah; and sisters, Linda & Kim.

Ron loved to hunt and fish, and continued to show enthusiasm for trains after a career with the railroad. He was also a volunteer member of the Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View (SBM) Fire Corps. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to SBM Fire Corps in memory of Ron.

The family plans to hold a private memorial.
