Ronald William Mowry

Ronald William Mowry, age 73, of Circle Pines, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, surrounded by family and loved ones. Leaving behind a legacy of adventure and generosity. 

Ronald was born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, to Nelda Irene Carpenter (Schubert) and James Grant Mowry. 

He is survived by his longtime partner, Cheryl Becker; his children, Jeremy Mowry, Jeffrey (Brenda) Mowry, and Kevin Mowry; siblings, Darleen Mowry, Sharon Mowry (Adams), James (Janice) Mowry, Don Carpenter, and Doug Carpenter. He was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren and great-grandfather to three great-grandchildren. Ronald also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews, who will cherish his memory. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Ronald spent many years working as a truck driver, a career that reflected his independence and love of the open road. Outside of work, he found joy in taking motorcycle trips, embracing the freedom and adventure they brought. He was also known to have a sweet tooth, he especially had a fondness for cupcakes. He could always be counted on to grab a couple of extra ones, which always brought a smile to his face. 

A celebration of life will be held in June. Additional details will be shared by the family at a later date. 

Ronald will be remembered for his hardworking nature and simple pleasures that made him the happiest. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
