Roseann Mary Lentsch (Greene)

Born January 21, 1922. God called her to home to Heaven June 10, 2019. 

Preceded in death by her parents, William & Rose Greene; husband, Frank J.; sons, Frank S. & Charles ; sisters, Charlotte Kelly & Maude Lentsch; brother, Charles Greene;  son-in-law, Jerome Murray. 

Survived by children, Patricia (David) Schoon, John, Rosemary Lentsch-Murray, Maude Wortham, Gerry, George, Mark, Mary (Eric) Jacobson, Crescence (Abdelilah) Nabil; daughter in-law, Karen Sokola; 23 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Beverly Lentsch; many Lentsch, Kelly, Kunesh, Giles, Jobst relatives et al. 

Alumnus of St. Joseph’s Academy & St. Catherine University. Owner of Lentsch Realty. Charter parishioner of Maternity of Mary. Trophy winning bridge player. Dec. 1988 City of St. Paul Mayor’s employee of the month. Roseann “sharp as a tack” ‘til the end. Devout Catholic, loved life & her family. Was a friend to all. Her wisdom will be missed.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM Thursday, June 20 at Maternity of Mary Catholic Church, 1414 N. Dale St., St. Paul. Visitation 4-7 PM Wednesday, 6/19 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd. B and also at church 9-9:45 AM Thursday. Eulogy at 9:55 AM.

Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
