Age 80, of St. Paul; passed away peacefully on October 12, 2018.
Preceded in death by brother, Dan Toutant Sr.
Survived by sister, Mary Maleitzke; and many nieces and nephews.
Roxie has finally been freed from the shackles of the cerebral palsy she dealt with her whole life.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Monday, Oct. 22 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N Dale Street at County Road B. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home from 10-11 AM Monday.
