Roxy Weme (Hippe), age 70 of St. Paul, passed away May 16, 2023.
Preceded in death by parents, Rudy and Alice Hippe; brother, Dean; and sister, Sandy.
Survived by husband, Severt "Doc"; daughter, Tammy; son, Troy; stepdaughter, Roxanne; 12 grandchildren; great-grandson, Jaxton; sisters, Judy and Rose; brothers, Duane, Dale and David,
A Celebration of Life for "Doc" and Roxy will be held from 1-5 PM Sunday, April 14 at the White Bear Lake American Legion, 2210 Third St., White Bear Lake, MN 55110.
