Age 78 of Roseville, passed away on August 7, 2026.
Survived by wife, Sui Pien Chao; children, Christine Chang (Kevin Chung), Jeff Chang (Lily Chen), and Jerry Hsiao (Rachel Hsiao); and granddaughters, LeAnn Chung, Jasmine Chung, Crystal Chung, Ruby Chung, Kylie Chang, and Jaylene Chang.
Visitation 10-11 AM Friday, August 14 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St @ County Road B. Graveside service 11:45 AM at Acacia Park Cemetery, 2151 Pilot Knob Road, Mendota Heights.
After the service concludes at the cemetery, we would like to invite friends and family to join us for lunch at Tokyo 23, 1201 S Robert St #17, West St Paul, MN 55118.
