Steven C. Davis

With deepest sorrow, we announce that Steven C. Davis, age 66, of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, most beloved husband, father, brother, friend passed away peacefully on November 12, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Sharon A. Davis; sons, Joshua (21), Michael (12), Jonathan (Amelia) and Benjamin; brother, Charles Earl (Kathryn Jo); nephew, Cody (Beth); nieces, Michelle, Katie (Trevor), Sara (Justin); great nieces and nephews; cats, Tuna and Boots. Preceded in death by his father, Myron Davis; mother, Clarice Meats; brother, Michael; and sister, Melodye Snider. Steve graduated from Sierra Joint Union High School in June of 1974. He served in the US Army with the 82nd Airborne from 1974-1978. Steve graduated from the University of Oregon in August of 1980 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science. He worked at Taylor Corporation and served in the Lino Lakes Charter Commission from 2017-2022. Steve will especially be remembered as being kind, generous and loving; he was worldly and adaptable, loved to travel, loved the Middle East and Filipino cuisines. He enjoyed reading and watching sci-fi movies. He collected stamps, coins, and baseball cards. Steve had a great passion for politics and public service. He will be missed greatly by family and friends. Memorial service 11 AM Friday, November 25 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-LINO LAKES, 7050 Lake Dr. (Co Hwy 23). Visitation from 10 – 11 AM Friday.  Interment 10:30 AM Monday, November 28 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, 7601 34th Ave S. Mpls.  Meet at Assembly Area #2.   In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
