Thomas R. Morin

Thomas Robert Morin, age 69, of Circle Pines, MN. Born September 29, 1956 in Escanaba, MI to parents, Nap and Bea Morin.

Died March 11, 2026 surrounded by family.

Tom grew up in Escanaba, MI the youngest of three boys, after high school he joined the US Navy.

His time in the US Navy was served on the USS Constellation where he was an Air Craft Electrician and also served in the military police for a time. He was a very proud Navy veteran and proud of the time he served his country.

After the Navy he lived in Temecula, Ca where he met and married Joann. They had 2 children, Jessica and Tim, before moving to Anoka, MN In 1989.

Tom worked for ACS/Guidant for 22 years and later the University of Minnesota before retiring as a Building Maintenance Mechanic in Sept. 2022.

Tom loved NHRA drag racing and Classic cars/car shows. He loved watching the weather and tracking a good thunder storm or snow storm. He enjoyed camping and a nice bon fire that he would share with friends and of course all his neighbors.

He was survived by his wife; Laurie Osborne and her children Lee and Staci; his daughter, Jessica (Tony) Wieland; son, Tim (Dory) Morin; brother James Morin; grandchildren, Frankie, Max, & Matilda Wieland, Maddie Morin, Jayden, Braylon, & Lincoln Osborne, and Zayne & Roman Klintworth.

Preceded in death by his parents; his brother Ron Morin; and nephew James S Morin.

Memorial Visitation 4-7 PM Friday, April 10 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home - Lino Lakes, 7050 Lake Dr., Lino Lakes, MN 55014. Navy Funeral Honors will take place at 4 PM.
